Challenge: Outdated Brand, Meet Modern World
AC Yard Services’ original logo was a plain wordmark with a limited color palette, and the website was outdated to match. We needed to create a brand identity that was dynamic enough to fit on a variety of mediums and still feel true to the foundational brand perception that the AC Yard Services team had worked hard to cultivate across the state. Our task was not to start from scratch as we have with several other rebrands before; rather to improve upon what already existed.
Solution: Planting a New Image
The new logo, website, truck wraps, and more brand assets that we developed all showcase the adaptability and reliability of the brand over the years. Our graphic design team built out an expanded color palette to suit the landscaping company’s work throughout Maine’s extreme seasons, maintaining recognizability while also providing the space for more engaging design choices. The website changes color and design automatically with the seasons, and the trucks catch people’s attention out on the job.
Outcome: A Brand on the Road
Since rebranding AC Yard Services, the client has reported customers taking notice of the truck wraps out on the road, especially during the winter against the white snow. Meanwhile the website changes are highlighted on social media in tandem with promoting that season’s services. The design for the wraps, the website, and the logo in general bring the established brand into the modern age and create the basis for increased brand awareness going forward.
