Albin, Randall & Bennett (ARB) was looking to expand their team of public accounting and advisory service professionals, but the firm had struggled with brand awareness and needed help getting the word out about their work and their hiring efforts. They had a very specific vision for their recruitment materials, but needed the tools, technical skills and direction to bring their vision to life.
Solution: Videos for (and of) the Team
Our creative team produced a series of videos to broadcast the firm’s mission, values, and culture. The videos leveraged a docu-promo style, featuring interviews with diverse staff members alongside verite footage to offer a glimpse of life at ARB. Filmed primarily at a photography studio in Westbrook and in the firm’s own offices in Portland, we were able to capture a professional tone that reflected the staff’s personalities as well as the firm’s well-developed culture.
Outcome: Agility in Branding
ARB’s recruitment series has been used across multiple platforms as both a brand awareness platform and as a recruitment tool. From creating targeted posts on social media to displaying on the homepage of their website, ARB’s video series has helped attract talent from around the country and served as an invaluable brand asset that the firm can use for years to come.
